Reusable Ice & Hot Gel Pack Bag

A fabric-covered bag that takes ice or hot water through a screw cap — cold for a knock or a swelling, warm for a cramp or an aching joint, from the same bag.

Specifications

Fill it no more than about two thirds and screw the cap down firmly. Keep a cloth between it and bare skin, and limit each session to fifteen or twenty minutes.

Colours may look slightly different between screens, and hand-measured sizes can vary by 1–2 cm.
