The things a home actually runs on
Opnar is a Bangladeshi online shop for the ordinary things a household needs — the towel, the storage jar, the dish rack, the travel bag. Not the things a home is decorated with. The things it runs on.
Most of what we sell costs a few hundred taka. That is exactly why it is worth getting right: a cheap kitchen tool that fails in a month is not cheap, it is bought twice.
What we sell
- Kitchen & dining — cooking tools, food storage, serving, dish racks and sink organisers
- Home & living — towels, bathroom storage, dust covers, hooks and wardrobe accessories
- Bags & essentials — insulated food carriers, travel bags, totes and school bags
- Health & personal care — bath accessories and oral care
What we do differently
- We check it before we list it. Every product is handled by us before it goes on the shelf. If it does not survive our own kitchen, it does not go on yours.
- One price, written down. The price on the product page is the price. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm — there is nothing after that.
- Pay when it arrives. Cash on delivery, everywhere in Bangladesh. You see the product before any money changes hands.
- We answer the phone. Seven days a week, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, to a person who can look your order up.
Where we deliver
All 64 districts of Bangladesh. ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳130 anywhere else, with delivery in 1–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–7 days elsewhere — see delivery information for the detail.
If something is not right
Anything unused can be exchanged within 7 days under our exchange policy, and a damaged or wrongly-sent item is our cost both ways. The refund policy sets out when money comes back instead.
